IIRE is a registered non-profit organisation, nationally renowned as a certifying and accreditation institute, dedicated to enhance the standard of real estate practice in India. IIRE offers one-of-its-kind certifications in Real Estate. The course is currently running in Mumbai and in due course, will commence operations in Bangalore & Delhi. It has tied-up with National Association of Realtors®, the leading real estate association in the USA, to offer real estate certification programs in India.

IIRE has signed an agreement with The Government Law College, Churchgate, to conduct its course 'Principles & Practices of Real Estate, which is certified by NAR.

IIRE has also acquired the final go-ahead from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education for a 1 year diploma course. This course will also be certified by NAR & IREM. IIRE is now to take the final decision on the commencement of this government approved course.

IIRE Seminar held in Mumbai

IIRE had organised a Seminar on 'Expand your Market' & 'Transnational Referral Certification' (TRC) . The seminar was highlighting various topics on what India has to offer in terms of real estate and how it can be promoted on a global level. The Transnational Certification (TRC) is crucial to International Marketing and will give you the edge. Chetan Narain - President, IIRE along with the Foreign delegates spoke at this event.

Property Valuation Workshop at Mumbai in December 2006

Akruti Centre of Real Estate Studies (ACREA) organized a three days property valuation workshop at Mumbai in 2006- December. The workshop discussed the importance of implementing more widely practiced property valuation techniques. Experts from the industry presented their opinions and techniques of an international standard to gauge a property.
