- 13-15% p.a Fixed returns with "AAA" - Rated Developers / Builders
- Minimum Amount - INR 25 lakhs and above per transaction with no upper limit.
- Minimum for 90 Days and Maximum for 180 Days.
- Interest payable to you within one week of deposit
- Post-dated cheque of Principal Amount alongwith the Interest cheque for the specified period, after deducting TDS as applicable, at your doorstep within one week of deposit.
